Most people import a file into ordinary WireGuard. Phones scan the QR code on Connection. The Cinderpath Windows app is only needed if you want the first stop to move around.

App Store WireGuard, then import the file. iPhone can scan the QR from Connection.

sudo apt install wireguard
sudo install -m 600 cinderpath.conf /etc/wireguard/cinderpath.conf
sudo wg-quick up cinderpath

Same file as Windows and Mac. Generate it first. A Deco can import it as a WireGuard client.

Which one

Ordinary apps keep one address until you generate again. That’s fine for city of your choice. If you bought gamer (out of the country) or Super Secure and you want the first stop to move, use the Windows app on Connection. Last stop still stays the city you picked. More on the app.
